How to Operate YHG Heat Waist Belt?

2. Press again, the indicator light is red, which means the highest temperature, and the temperature will increase quickly. It is between 132.8℉and 140℉;

3. Then press again, the indicator is white, which means the middle temperature, It’s between 113.5℉ and 117.9℉;

4. If you still need to decrease the temperature, then continue to press. The indicator light is blue, which means the lowest temperature, It’s between 101.3℉and 104℉;
